Job Description
- Receive a copy of bridging and dispatching plan.
- Capture the released sales orders; classify it with respect to destinations, reasonable path for the truck, its tonnage capacity. Configure the trucks loads considering trucks availability, common destinations and priorities if advised.
- Arrange with the transporters’ representatives for the number of trucks loads & trip plans.
- Deliver dispatching plan to warehouse keeper/responsible for execution.
- Record on time all transactions concerned with the dispatch execution on SAP system.
- Issue the picking list for each truck load for the Warehouse keeper/responsible.
- Issue delivery notes, invoices & revise it versus the dispatching documents before releasing trucks.
- Collect back the invoices copies signed & stamped by the customers upon receipt of the products, and escalate any comments recorded by the customers on the invoice concerning the received goods.
- Adhere to the operating & safety procedures as well as the QC plan in all logistics activities.
Job Requirements
- University or institutional degree.
- Alexandria Resident
- 2 years of experience in dispatch.
- Knows the regulations in terms of professional hygiene.
- Knows and implements the various procedures guaranteeing Hygiene within his activity (for instance: cleanliness of workstations, tools, installations…)
- Previous experience in warehousing & dispatching is a plus.
- High sense of responsibility and well organized.
- Ability to read English documents.
- Being familiar with HSE compliant work environment.
