Sorting & Loading Assistant

Job Purpose:

The Sorting Dispatcher is responsible for reviewing and sorting items before they are loaded into trucks for delivery. This role ensures that all items are correctly labeled, accounted for, and ready for dispatch according to schedules and delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and check items before loading to ensure correct labeling, packaging, and destination.
• Match items against dispatch lists and report any missing or damaged items.
• Coordinate with warehouse and truck drivers to ensure timely and accurate loading.
• Organize items based on delivery routes or truck capacity.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the sorting and loading area.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
