Quality Assurance Specialist

1. Ensure that all raw materials meet standard specifications and manufacturing specifications.
2. Conduct all scientific and laboratory tests to ensure that production is produced in accordance with standard specifications and the dangers of senior management in case of any problem to avoid it and not repeat it.
3. Be responsible to the regulators regarding the validity of the samples produced.
4. He is responsible for preparing special training programs for all employees of the company.
5. Need a solid understanding of product testing and a firm grasp of best practices for testing product construction and durability against specifications.
6.  Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal requirements.
Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
7. Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
8. Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.
9. Supervise following up the Hygiene systems and Quality systems.
10. Training the other staff on how to follow the standards, GMP, and GWP.
11. Hazards analysis (Chemical, physical, Microbiological, allergen).
12. Maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, regulations, and industrial processes.
13. Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.
14. Ensure that buildings & and products comply with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that requires changes
15. perform the risk analysis and/or reliability studies.
