Design, implement, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and industrial facilities.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on BMS hardware and software.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure BMS solutions meet project requirements and customer expectations.
Develop and review technical documentation, including system architecture, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine BMS requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
Integrate BMS with other building automation systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security.
Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on BMS operation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies.
Assist in the calibration and validation of BMS components to maintain system accuracy and reliability.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in BMS engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with BMS hardware, software, and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work onsite and travel to client locations as required.
Proficiency in using engineering tools and software relevant to BMS design and implementation.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
