Job Description
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share for Specialist waterproofing products range through Contractors and distributions.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands GIPTECH customer base
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of retail sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to maintain their loyalty towards GIPTECH.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Requirements
- Experience 4+ years in construction chemicals field.
- Construction materials and application techniques.
