-Responsibilities:
• Provide corresponding teaching services for the college according to the company's service process.
• Monitor the quality of teachers' teaching and support users' learning progress, provide timely feedback, resolve any issues, and actively promote the improvement of teaching quality.
• Maintain good communication with paying students and parents, provide learning planning and suggestions to achieve sales targets.
• Improve customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.
• Track student learning and resolve issues related to student and parent learning effectiveness.
