Job Description
- Configure & maintain internal systems (Switches - CCTV – AP – DC – UPS - Firewalls)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues , (Network and users issues troubleshooting)
- Supervise and control Infrastructure solution design implementation up and running
- Install servers operating systems, devices and firewalls
- Train new system users and finish their complete setup accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new equipment’s
- Update technical documentation if needed.
- Control Hardware purchase like (Network equipment’s, Laptops and printers)
- Installing Windows or any other related windows based software
- User connectivity issues support
- Installing windows and other needed applications
- Control servers security
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline – preferably, Computer Science
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration.
- Can Identify, recommend and implement solutions for problems.
- Very good command of English.
