The Export Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of export sales activities for our fresh fruits and vegetables products. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for our fresh fruits and vegetables products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and importers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of export sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including documentation, logistics, and quality control.
• Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize profitability.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
