Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist with expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring production and warehouse workers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our team is comprised of skilled and motivated individuals to meet the demands of our dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with production and warehouse managers to understand staffing needs and workforce requirements.
  2. Utilize various channels, including job boards, industry networks, and local outreach, to attract and source candidates for production and warehouse roles.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant skills and experience in production and warehouse operations.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, work ethic, and cultural fit for production and warehouse positions.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  6. Manage the offer and negotiation process, addressing compensation and benefits specific to production and warehouse roles.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vocational schools, training programs, and community organizations to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in the recruitment of production and warehouse staff.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with a focus on production and warehouse hiring.
  3. Familiarity with production and warehouse processes and requirements.
  4. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in a production and warehouse setting.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse candidates.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
