Job Description
- Generate, Contact and follow up with new leads to create sales' opportunities.
- Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answer customers' questions on our products and services.
- Keep our CRM updated with customer database.
- Achieving sales target.
Job Requirements
- Graduates ONLY may apply, females are preffered
- Preferred Nasr City and near residents
- Good English language
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills.
