We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing engaging and user-centric interfaces. Certification in Experience Design (e.g., CPUXD, UXC, CXA, CUA, ACE) is preferred. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and InVision, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Information Architecture: Develop clear and intuitive information architectures, creating effective navigation systems for seamless user experiences.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Use tools like Figma and Miro to create wireframes and interactive prototypes that visually represent user flows and interactions.
• Visual Design: Design aesthetically appealing UI layouts that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
• Interaction Design: Create user-friendly interfaces incorporating micro interactions, animations, and transitions for an engaging user journey.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment and timely delivery of projects.
• Accessibility: Integrate accessibility principles into design to ensure inclusivity and compliance with industry standards.
