You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into intuitive and impactful designs.
Responsibilities:
• Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and project goals.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and user behavior insights.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Provide UI assets and design specifications to developers and support during implementation.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in a professional environment.
- Solid portfolio showcasing UI design work for both web and mobile (required).
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in development.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences.
- Creative mindset with strong visual design skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality.
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable receiving and giving feedback constructively.
