Job Description

  • Answer phone calls, faxes and emails and redirect them when necessary
  • Assisting office guests with their needs.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Handle the issuance of the outgoing letters
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
  • Schedule all appointments with internal and external parties and prepare related documents if required.
  • Gather information and prepare documents, monthly reports and annual reports if required.
  • Responsible for organizing staff community & recreational activities.
  • Organizing corporate events and (internal | external) meetings

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Minimum experience of 4 years.
  • Good command in using MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
