Job Description
- Answer phone calls, faxes and emails and redirect them when necessary
- Assisting office guests with their needs.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Handle the issuance of the outgoing letters
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Schedule all appointments with internal and external parties and prepare related documents if required.
- Gather information and prepare documents, monthly reports and annual reports if required.
- Responsible for organizing staff community & recreational activities.
- Organizing corporate events and (internal | external) meetings
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Minimum experience of 4 years.
- Good command in using MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
