Design and development
- Assist the learning and development specialist in designing the quality learning content, materials and resources including e-learning materials.
- Create the agenda of the trainings and events.
- Proofread, edit and translate training materials.
- Assist in recruiting trainers through screening, phone-interviews, demos and handle handover process.
- Send acceptance and redirection emails.
- Check trainers’ availability and lock them.
- Submit the training’s feedback results to the trainers.
- Develop and update trainers’ database, internal tracking sheets and document their scores.
- Monitor and evaluate the trainers’ performance.
- Liaising activities between internal teams and trainers to ensure proper implementation.
- Handle communication with the finance department and implement related requests as preparing purchase orders and procurement stuff.
- Manage event setup.
- Compile training' materials.
- Handle orientation sessions for volunteers and guide them throughout the event day.
- Document events through taking photos during the day.
- Supervise the whole training day and oversee implementation of Agenda.
- Solve problems that pop up during trainings and events.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command in English language.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
