Job Description
This is a temporary job that will last for three months.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Conduct Online Interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
- Grads only.
- At least (1) year of recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Work Conditions:
- 5 working days.
- 8 working hours (10:00 AM : 06:00 PM).
- 3 Months project.
