Job Description
1-Program Management: Responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the retail system (Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 – D 365) to ensure a high level of application performance by continuously monitoring and analyzing the performance of applications to achieve the best results and maintaining working relationships with system users at various levels to ensure smooth work.
2-Application Support: Ensure that applications are free from malfunctions and find appropriate and quick solutions to all problems that may affect the productivity of the work environment to ensure smooth operation of the program and ensure that all documented problems related to the application are in line with the company's policies and procedures.
3- Problems and dealing with them: Respond to any malfunction in IT applications promptly and effectively to ensure the provision of the required support and to any problems related to IT management efficiently within the specified time.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a consultant
- Experience in project management
- Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements
- Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
- Knowledge of business software and IT systems
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical and creative
- A great listener with the ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
- BSc/BA in business or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
- Certification in consulting or a field of expertise is an advantage
