Job Summary 

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing IT systems, networks, software, and security across the group. This role involves strategic planning, troubleshooting, and ensuring that technology supports business objectives efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in manufacturing or related industries. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, and software) across all three companies. 
• Ensure high availability and performance of ERP, production, and business systems. 
• Manage cloud services, data storage, and backup solutions. 
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems. 
• Administer and optimize ERP systems (SAP, industry-specific solutions) for manufacturing and supply chain. 
• Support production-related IT systems (MES, SCADA, Solidworks, or PLC integrations where applicable). 
• Evaluate and implement new software solutions to improve business processes. 
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. 
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments. 
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GDPR if applicable). 
• Lead and mentor IT staff or manage external IT service providers. 
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and support. 
• Manage IT budgets and cost optimization.
