Job Description

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sale.
  • You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • An effective Telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
  • Selling the full range of the company products all over the Phone.
  • Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions.
  • Manage quality and consistency of products and services delivery.
  • Responsible for making repeat sales to their existing customers.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' business requirements to be fulfilled through the company portfolio.
  • Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company's first priority.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1 To 3 Years
  • A successful salesperson with previous experience
  • Telesales has proven sales achievements.
  • Young, Dynamic, self-motivated.
  • Excellent Command of the English Language.
  • A computer Background is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successful Previous Experience In outdoor or indoor sales with great records.
