Credit Administrator

Job Description:

• Collect, verify, and prepare all documents required by banks for client loan applications.
• Liaise with the Sales and Licensing teams to obtain vehicle license, insurance, and client KYC documents.
• Submit loan applications and documentation to partner banks and track application status.
• Respond to any queries or additional requirements raised by the banks.
• Follow up to ensure disbursement of loan amounts into the company’s account.
• Maintain accurate records of each client’s financing status and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to the Credit Manager on loan processing progress.
• Ensure proper archiving and filing of physical and digital documents.
