Job Description
Within this role, you will be responsible for the following -
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing transactions quickly and accurately
- Advising customers
- Winning sales to meet target
- Maintaining eye-catching effective displays within the store
- Taking pride in your store and maintaining it to a high standard
- Following operating procedures
- Providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Creating and updating a solid clients database
- Follow up with potential clients
- Receive, Label, and examine products at the company showroom(s)
- Follow up delivery with clients
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs
- Preparing sales report and deliver it to the direct supervisor
- Contacting with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Job Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and excellent personal organization
- A passion for the retail industry
- Good use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Familiarity with computer use
- Good use of email and the internet
- Familiarity with Point of sale systems
- Previous experience in the furniture is the must
- Good command of English language
- Comfortable working shifts
