Job Description
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to the store.
- Provide knowledgeable information about our handmade furniture and decor items.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and match their style preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and ensure return visits.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and answer questions about product features and materials.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently, including cash, card payments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well displayed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Participate in inventory checks, restocking products, and organizing displays.
Job Requirements
