Job Description
- Receiving an email with the agreed-upon product from the purchasing department.
- Receiving products and ensuring their accuracy in terms of quantity, expiration date (minimum of two years), and no discrepancies. Products that do not match the ordered quantity should not be accepted.
- Reviewing all stored products in the system for expiration dates and conducting a weekly check, as well as every 6 months or year.
- Preparing monthly reports on the safety stock level of products.
- Preparing a purchase request for inventory supplies to ensure that levels are maintained and product quality is preserved on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring that products are stored in an organized and secure manner.
- Performing other inventory-related duties, including but not limited to entering products into the system with quantity and expiration date, printing barcodes, and placing them on products.
- Assisting the accounts department with some products to determine what has been consumed for payment purposes (account on the consumed).
- Creating a monthly file of invoices or supply orders for products.
- Reviewing and ensuring the preparation of orders received from branches and delivering them to the company's delivery representative on agreed-upon days.
- Reviewing the safety storage file for each product individually
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

- Sound knowledge of record keeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse or storage environment
- Analytical mind with the ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competence in data entry, analysis, and management
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Planning and organizational skills
- Very good user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good user of an ERP system.
