Job Description

We are looking for talents who are experienced in customer service, have strong sales and convincing skills, are self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented, have strong teamwork, and are excellent English bilingual. 

About the role

  • Initiate and participate in the business strategies to ensure operational efficiency and financial strong
  • Work closely across all departments including the finance department, marketing, and IT group
  • Critical problem-solving skills and excellent communication writing and speaking skills are needed
  • Responsible for customer follow-ups, assisting the customer with registration, pricing checking, order placing, making payment, labeling and shipment tracking, etc.
  • Responsible for order review, payment processing, label creation, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email or chatting system, to answer questions, troubleshoot the issue, and think out of the box for system automation.
  • Effectively communicate with the US office and warehouse for any shipping, order, tracking, and account issues, and work together for a timely solution.
  • Effectively communicate with shipping suppliers for any shipment exception, trace, and claim.
  • Collect, analyze and summarize customer requirements and feedback for business improvement. Timely address critical issues to management for a quick resolution.
  • Responsible for building a tight and trust-able relationship with existing customers and potential customers.
  • This position needs flexible work on night shifts and day shifts as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Need excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Experienced or passionate about customer satisfaction through diligence and teamwork 
  • Excellent communication and convincing skill
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and good time management skills.

  • Excellent Team Player.
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Military completed or exempted
  • Live within one hour of Capital Business Park. 26th of July Corridor, St، Sheikh Zayed City, Giza


  • Experience in software development, IT (Information Technology), e-commerce, shipping, shopping, travel, and tourism industry is a plus but not a must
