Job Description
The Script Writer will be responsible for:
1. Localizing English scripts.
2. Editing the English version to make it relatable to the Arabic audience.
3. Creating original scripts.
4. Collaborating with the team as part of a writing workshop.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of writing (web fiction will be better) experience or a background in drama writing.
- 1-3 years of commercial film and television drama writing or short script writing experience.
- Proficiency in drama writing techniques, with an understanding of both Western and eastern short drama styles.
- Ability to design characters.
- Understanding of audience preferences and incorporation of favoured elements into scripts.
- Skill in adapting existing intellectual properties (IP).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English writing.
