Job Description
- Lead the scanning process for existing production sites locally and internationally.
- Screen those production sites based on the 4 main criteria: Quality, Cost, Scale, and Service.
- Negotiate the deal with the production sites’ management till contract signing.
- Establish the agreement on the quality protocol.
- Establish the needed reports between Arma and the production sites.
- Troubleshoot the initial issues till reaching a stable supply chain process.
- Renegotiate the deal with the production sites’ management whenever changes occur in cost or quality.
- Partner with the Marketing, Finance, R&D, Sales, and Supply chain teams to come up with clear action plans to launch new products in the market.
- Develop Toll weekly projects updated sheet to update readiness of all project on weekly manner with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is fulfilled such as PDC, Project Charter, Quality Manual, Contracts (Payment annexes), Workflow and all needed documentation.
- Lead the official project Critical Path Schedule (CPS) to ensure a coordinated action plan across all mentioned departments.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in relevant Field.
•MBA Holder would be advantage.
•Proven experience in local and international markets with FMCG background is preferable.
•Experience from 7 to 10 years in Toll Manufacturing Field.
•Advanced Microsoft office.
•Good command of English.
•Cairo or Sharkia Resident Is Preferred.
