Job Description
• Manage the daily production process and all the related activities.
• Has experience with INJECTION MACHINES.
• Evaluate the operator’s performance
• Prepare production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions
• Follow up the malfunctions during operation and suggest solutions for them
• Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervisio
• Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Experience working in manufacturing of Plastic (injection)
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Experience in 5S Methodology.
• Results-oriented and attention to details
