Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

Expertise in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, and other BIM platforms.
A strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods. Many BIM Architects have formal education and experience in architecture or engineering.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. BIM Architects often serve as the bridge between designers, engineers, and contractors.
