Job Description
- Assist in preparation of strategy( annual plan-portfolio mgmt.-communication strategy)
- Assist brand to maintain a consistent visual style across all mediums(ATL –BTL & digital)
- Finalize packaging for portfolio extensions
- Create effective Point of sales materials(POSM)
- Managing pitching systems for selecting various agencies
- Strategy setting & Execution (Digital-ATL-BTL)
- Brand analysis and performance
- Collaborating with the trade marketing team to ensure excellence in execution in market.
- Work on all R&D initiatives/projects
Job Requirements
- BSC in business (ideally Marketing graduate)
- 1-3 years’ experience (marketing background)
- Experience dealing with R&D projects and initiatives
- Aware of trade marketing packaging solutions
- Brand planning and activation experience
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Superior communication skills
- Pleasant, yet professional and flexible
