Job Description
- Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating and revising the contract management system;
Establish and optimize various contract approval procedures - Drafting and reviewing company contracts and consulting on other legal affairs
- Provide daily legal advice to various departments of the company, provide legal opinions and suggestions for important matters of the company, and handle legal affairs
- Responsible for handling difficult and complicated cases or incidents and establishing a good communication mechanism with external lawyers
- Participate in the company's major incidents and crisis handling activities, and assist relevant functional departments in handling
- Handling of various contracts, accidents, disputes and disputes
- Able to complete the entire process of prosecution and response
- Establish a litigation management system and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in law;
- 6-8 years of legal-related work experience, with preferred large-scale corporate legal work experience.
