Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily shipping operations and logistics activities.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily logistics operations and customer requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to confirm orders and provide updates.
- Manage shipping and delivery processes while ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Service for streamlined operations.
- Maintain and update alumni databases.
- Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking sessions.
- Facilitate communication between the institution and alumni.
- Handle inquiries from alumni and stakeholders.
- Assist in fundraising and sponsorship initiatives involving alumni.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics and alumni activities.
- Promote alumni programs through social media and newsletters.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance alumni relations.
- Work on New specialization or program development
- Orientation, and training through Zoom or via recorded videos to help understand each program's specifications and objectives for students and our team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar logistics or operations role.
- Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with clients through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp).
- High level of sales professionalism, preferably with experience in selling packages or services, particularly those targeting students or recent graduates.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
