Job Description
Responsibilities:
Storage & Inventory Management:
- Receive raw materials (wood panels, plywood, HPL, marble, accessories, hinges, handles, fasteners) and verify compliance with invoices and purchase orders.
- Store and arrange materials in the warehouse to prevent damage and ensure easy access.
- Issue required materials to the production department according to job orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when replenishment is needed.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations, ensuring the safety of materials.
- Implement safety and cleanliness procedures within the warehouse.
Inventory Accounting Tasks:
- Record all inventory movements (inbound, outbound, returns, damaged goods) in paper or electronic records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with accounting records.
- Review supply invoices and issuance orders, verifying accuracy before signing.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate stock data and integration with financial reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management (preferably in kitchens, furniture, or the wood industry).
- Knowledge of kitchen and interior material types.
- Proficiency in inventory software and MS Excel.
