Job Description
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and manage order dispatches.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements using internal systems.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the fulfillment process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Generate regular reports on fulfillment metrics, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance fulfillment efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a related operational role.
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in an industrial setting.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
