Job Description
- Follow-up operating conditions on a regular basis for each unit to make sure their work is sufficiently and consistently.
- Follows manufacturing processes to make sure of the amounts of raw materials and additives according to the specifications of each product.
- Prepare test results and report them daily and periodically.
- Analyze random samples of the final production of all products and non-matching inventory quantities and report them.
- Provide daily leadership to the Quality control Department.
- Assist in developing, training, and implementing process control procedures.
- Ensure that established process control procedures and all corporate-issued Quality Assurance Policies are followed throughout the plant.
- Maintain daily product evaluation programs and records to include; product quality scoring, and key quality indicators.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes (root cause analysis, SPC, problem-solving, Kaizen).
- Supervise the QC lab team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience preferably in the field of plastic manufacturing
- Bachelor's Degree is a must
- Show leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, and organizational & leadership skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage.
- Good grasp of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
