Job Description
- rmulate and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans to achieve predefined national and regional targets.
- Formulate distribution channel strategy for every brand and dealers network.
- Participate in evangelizing and propagating the company’s vision and mission throughout the marketing organization.
- Develop and establish brand and sub-brand architectures for various product categories.
- Formulate and implement pricing strategies and products price as per profit margin and market price.
- Maintain company profit by develop and put target product range as per profit margin of every products group.
- Forecast all products yearly and review it with supply chain to develop production plan.
- Formulate and implement media strategies to ensure excellent media relations and media coverage for the company.
- Participate in media monitoring and campaign evaluations to measure the reach and impact of media activities.
- Develop and collaborate with all departments to implement a company-wide plan for pushing various product lines through potential strategic partner relations.
- Develop and implement specific strategies for marketing company products and services in B2B and B2C market segments.
- Leverage knowledge of company products to support technical sales initiatives.
- Provide strategic and tactical support for various product lines across the complete lifecycle.
- Organize market research programs to identify requirements and assess market potential of existing and future products.
- Modify and fine tune marketing plans based on customer, market and competitor analysis to maintain company’s market position and deliver objectives.
- Develop detailed activity based annual marketing plans aligned to long term business plan to meet predefined objectives.
- Provide insights and inputs on products, markets and competitors to the sales team to optimize team performance.
- Manage all marketing activities ensuring delivery of results within approved budgets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Previous Experience in both Online & offline marketing is a must.
- Business Development Experience is a must.
- B2B experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Expect to travel regularly as a part of this job.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well presented.
