Role Overview
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy for Fixed Solutions' products. This role bridges product development and customer engagement, ensuring we deeply understand the market, the customer, and the product value proposition to deliver strong growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for SaaS and Tech products.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer segmentation.
- Define and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of each product.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to align marketing with product roadmap.
- Lead go-to-market launches and manage cross-functional rollout plans.
- Create compelling product content: landing pages, brochures, case studies, videos, and sales enablement tools.
- Own product-related KPIs: adoption, engagement, churn, and retention.
- Support Sales and Customer Success with training, pitch decks, and objection handling tools.
- Work with Performance Marketing on product-specific campaigns and funnels.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong storytelling skills and experience with messaging frameworks (e.g., Jobs-To-Be-Done, Value Proposition Canvas).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic (written & verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
