Job Description
- Cooperate in setting the site emergency plan, procedures and requirements.
- Inspect facilities, machinery & safety equipment to identify, correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
- Identify risk assessment of HSE responsibilities and HIRAC.
- Determine the firefighting requirements, distribution, status, review its efficiency (checking firefighting equip. and fire exits).
- Suggest ideas for developing the healthy environment in the company.
- Inspect and monitor workplace safety.
- Check the safety precautions and signs.
- Investigate on incidents and recognize the reasons.
- Record and analyze incidents and follow up the taken corrective and/or preventive actions.
- Establish and maintain liaison with the government and safety association.
- Arranging with STP contractors for PPES & fines.
- Provide, coordinate required HSE training and prepare training plan quarter in coordination with all departments.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field
- Nebosh certification is preferred
- Osha certified is a must
Experience - from 8 years to 12 years of experience in HSE field
Language - English Proficiency; Excellent (Read, Written and Spoken)
Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
