Job Requirements
Public Relations (PR):
- Develop and maintain a positive image for the venue through effective communication and public outreach.
- Collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to promote events and campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and attendance.
Sales:
- Proactively identify and secure new clients, groups, and VIP reservations.
- Promote special events, table packages, and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets.
Guest Relations:
- Greet and interact with guests to create a welcoming and engaging experience.
- Manage VIP and guest list reservations, ensuring personalized service.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
