Job Description
Interviewing clients to determine the types of real estate they seek.
Assessing properties prior to showing them to clients.
Prepare necessary documents, such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements.
Coordinate real estate closings by supervising the signing of documents and distribution of funds.
Create images for the new units and include them in the data list.
Compare a property to recently sold comparable properties to determine its competitive market value.
Follow up with all new clients and provide them with what they are seeking.
