Job Description
- Upload all of the orders and income on the system daily.
- Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
- Assist Operations Manager in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Deposit the cash income every morning in the bank account.
- Opening our branches according to the morning shift.
- Receiving the new items (for the morning shift only).
- Increase standards of customer service.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure quality consistency across the area.
- Maximize sales and profitability in the area.
- Set sales targets for individual locations.
Job Requirements
- At least +3 years of experience in the same position. “Total years of experience 10 - 13”
- Food industry background is a must.
- Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership skills, Problem-solving skills, and Solution Orientation.
- Good MS Office skills
- Very Good in English
- Own a car
- Maximum age of 38 years.
