Job Description:
The HSE Engineer will ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support risk management efforts. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments in line with company and industry standards.
- Oversee incident investigations and prepare detailed reports, recommending preventive measures.
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops to promote a strong safety culture.
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage HSE documentation, track compliance, and analyze safety data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support operational safety, environmental sustainability, and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HSE within a heavy industry environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining SOPs.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
