About the Job

Control and Review projects that Related to Revenue & Direct Cost.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and Cost entries by compiling and analyzing account information and posting to company's software system.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Perform month-end prepayments and accruals.
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Assist in preparing the taxation reports in Egypt.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.
Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree of commerce, accounting or relevant.
Experience More than 4 Years in Accounting.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Analyzing information.
Confidentiality.
Experience with financial reporting requirements.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
ERP system experience (Odoo is preferred).
Good knowledge of English language.
Property Management background is preferred.
Cairo/Giza resident is A MUST
