Job Description
- Responsible for providing Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, code input and construction technical support for all company projects ranging from code corrections, minor and major renovations, systemic replacement projects, and new or replacement projects.
- Responsible for Transformers, Medium and Low tension, MDB, Light Current Systems.
- Supervising electrical jobs based on shop drawings and specifications.
- Providing input to Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications.
- Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
- Interacting with contractor and consultant regarding the status of work.
- Completing necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
- Updating drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings .
- Checking all installations in preliminary stage.
- Support project Alive from MEP perspective the operations' related elements of project Alive on time within budget with the required quality.
- Effectively control the utilities consumption to achieve the required savings.
- Supervise all mechanical works (HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing).
- Prepare & follow up implementation plans for all mechanical units.
- Supervise the technical office works.
- Supervise Technician to ensure efficient implementation works
Job Requirements
- University degree in electrical engineering.
- V. good command of English Language (written & spoken).
- Excellent AutoCAD & Microsoft Office user.
- +15 years of experience in same field.
- V. good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good adaptability & team work skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Multitask and ability to work under pressure.
- Technical office and site experience is preferred.
- Will be HQ and site based.
