Senior Production Engineer

· Follow Up workers on the production line, ensuring they all work together as a team and follow protocols.
· Maintain careful control of quality of production to high standards and assures that scrap generation is minimal.
· Receive and confirm weekly production plans, feedback periodically plan adherences to planning dept., This involves planning the tasks to be completed along the production lines and all the individual stations.
· Request drawings modifications from engineering department.
· Analysis of the production quality, material utilization, productivity index & performance data in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information.
. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
. Analyzing all aspects of production and making recommendations for improvement.
. Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
