Job Description
As the Customer Service Team Leader at Mr. Tailor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality experience for our customers. This position is ideal for a passionate leader who can inspire a team to meet and exceed customer service expectations in a fast-paced retail fashion environment. The Customer Service Team Leader will oversee daily operations, support team members in handling inquiries and escalations, and work to continually enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team to ensure high levels of performance, motivation, and engagement.
- Oversee customer interactions across all channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Handle complex cases and escalations with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing team development. Conduct regular performance reviews to support team growth.
- Track Key Performance Indicator such as response times, satisfaction scores, and ticket resolution rates. Prepare and present reports to management.
- Monitor customer interactions to maintain high service standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to handle escalated issues calmly and effectively.
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Maximum age 36 years
