Job Description
Develop and maintain detailed technical packs (Tech Packs) including measurements, construction details, materials, and finishing.
Collaborate with designers to interpret design concepts into production-ready specifications.
Work closely with pattern makers, sample rooms, and factories to ensure accurate prototypes and samples.
Review samples for quality, fit, and design accuracy; provide detailed comments and corrections.
Monitor and track product development timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct fittings and prepare fit comments with precise adjustments.
Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality requirements, and cost parameters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical design, product development, or garment technology.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and production processes.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
