Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, data‑curious Entry‑Level Ads / Marketing Specialist to help plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging ad platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career marketer eager to sharpen their analytical, creative, and technical skills in a fast‑moving environment.

 

Campaign Setup & Execution

Build and launch paid search, social, and display campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).

Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting.

Performance Monitoring

Track daily campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS).

Compile weekly performance reports using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.

Creative & Copy Support

Draft ad copy, headlines, and basic creative briefs.

Coordinate with design to ensure assets align with brand guidelines.

A/B Testing & Optimization

Run experiments on ad variations, landing pages, and audiences.

Recommend budget reallocations to maximize ROI.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work with the content, design, and sales teams to align campaign messaging.

Participate in brainstorms for new growth initiatives.
