The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for several Full-Time Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics Management Specialists NH-0346-03 to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at F-15 Division (WAQ) serving TR. The OCONUS locations supporting the F-15 FMS Enterprise are Dhahran, Khamis Mushayt/King Khaled, Tabuk, Taif and Riyadh, Riyadh. These positions can close at any time. Apply Now! Salary Range: $81,216 to $105,579 Due to the nature of the duties of these specific overseas, the positions are not authorized for Regular/Recurring, Full-Time or Remote Telework. Situational Telework may be available as needed. A Situational Telework agreement (if allowed) will be required between the selectee and AFLCMC/WAQ leadership as per Air Force and AFMC requirements. Qualifications: These positions will require you to plan and execute various logistics type activities for the organization, ensuring operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and logistics missions/expectations Establish plans and schedules for accomplishment of assigned logistics workloads/tasks Will serve as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics Management Specialist directing, developing, implementing, executing or functioning as part of a logistics management operation involved in support of FMS items, systems, subsystems or equipment. Operating Location (OL) Saudi positions report to the parent organization, F-15 FMS Saudi Program Office, located at Robins AFB, Georgia. Responsible for FMS cases involving one or more countries. Serves as a senior specialist responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and monitoring the most difficult and complex cases in providing logistics management Total Package Offer (TPO) support for purchases, transfers, and leases of commodities, complex weapons systems, equipment, and support services. Identifies materiel, services, shipping requirements, and projected costs for systems life cycles. Works with organizational counterparts to develop policy and procedures for case and other associated functions; assesses impact of proposed revisions and recommends policy and procedure changes as necessary. Serves as focal point for the Foreign Liaison Office. Provides FMS program guidance to representatives of foreign countries and other DOD components and commands. Serves as the senior Program Manager for development of assessment criteria. Monitors and analyzes country and program specific deficiencies and develops corrective actions within specified timeframes and program milestones. Represents the organization for multiple locations, installations, and functional areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), providing support to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) for on-site resolution of logistical issues for sustainment and maintenance associated with the SA F-15 fleet. Engages in productive dialogue with multiple USG organizations, local Saudi officials, as well as RSAF and contract personnel; serves as liaison, providing KSA visitor support; maintains site activation team support; actively engaged in the identification and correction of program deficiencies; oversight of in-Kingdom support programs; and the management and tracking of corrective actions affecting in-Kingdom activities. Participates in special logistics management operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments when needed. All other Saudi Arabia locations may only serve an unaccompanied tour (12 months) Overseas tour can be extended annually for a period not to exceed five years.
