Job Description
Develop and Execute Regional Sales Plans: Design and implement strategic sales plans for assigned regions and customer accounts to meet or exceed automotive sales targets. Continuously evaluate plan effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
Customer Database Management: Build and maintain a structured customer database, capturing contact details, vehicle preferences, and purchase history to enable effective segmentation and personalized sales approaches.
Sales Activity Monitoring and Reporting: Track daily sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Prepare regular performance reports to highlight key results, trends, and areas for improvement.
Product Presentations and Client Engagement: Conduct impactful vehicle presentations and demonstrations for existing and potential clients, emphasizing key features, benefits, and value propositions to support purchasing decisions.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market dynamics, automotive trends, and competitor strategies. Recommend proactive changes to sales tactics based on product developments and market shifts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, product planning, aftersales, and customer service to ensure customer needs are met and that offerings align with market expectations and brand positioning.
Job Requirements
Management Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum academic achievement of a “Good” grade (BA level or equivalent).
