Job Description
· Follow up on client contracts from booking to completion of down payments and installments according to the approved payment systems.
· Record unit installments on the client sheet and follow up on them.
· Follow up with the collections department, submit the client's account statement, and follow up with non-compliant clients and refer them to the relevant departments.
· Calculate the penalty rate for late installment payments and also calculate accelerated payment transactions for clients.
· Record client payments made in cash, by check, by transfer, or by visa in the client's sheet.
· Calculate the interest rate for the client in case the client wishes to give up the unit to the company according to the central bank's interest rate.
· Perform NPV for the client's desire to modify the payment.
Job Requirements
· Experience from 8:10 years (minimum 5 years in Real Estate field)
· Accuracy, attention to detail and organization of time.
· Handling of MC Excel programs, including the Pivot Tables and the Vlookups.
· Bachelor of accounting and preferably obtain courses in accounting and auditing.
