- Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement AI-driven solutions for organizational development initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and methodologies.
- keen interest in exploring new approaches in organizational development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on assigned tasks.
- Prior experience or coursework in prompt engineering and natural language processing is preferable.
